We do not intentionally use personal information submitted through our quote form for purposes unrelated to responding to or managing your inquiry unless we provide additional notice or obtain consent where required.
3. How We Process and Disclose Information
We use third-party service providers to operate our website, receive inquiries, automate workflows, analyze website activity, and communicate with customers.
Categories of recipients may include:
- Website hosting and infrastructure providers.
- Form-processing providers.
- Workflow and automation providers.
- Communications providers.
- Analytics providers.
- Email and IT service providers.
- Professional advisers and business support providers.
Web3Forms, Make, and Telegram
We use Web3Forms and Make to process quote requests submitted through our website and deliver them to our team through a Telegram bot.
Information submitted through the quote form may therefore be transmitted through Web3Forms and Make and delivered to our team through Telegram.
This information may include your name, company name, email address, phone number if provided, event location, event date, event type, equipment and system selections, comments, and other project information you submit.
Web3Forms processes the website form submission. Make provides automation and routing functionality. Telegram receives the information in messages delivered through our bot so our team can review and respond to the inquiry. You do not need a Telegram account to submit a quote request through our website.
These providers may use their own infrastructure, subprocessors, security services, and data-storage systems. You can review their privacy practices at:
Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and use our website and to measure interactions with our quote form and contact options. Google may receive technical, device, cookie, and website-usage information through Google Analytics.
More information is available in Google’s explanation of how it uses information from sites or apps that use its services.
We currently use Google Analytics for website measurement and analytics purposes rather than to serve targeted advertisements on behalf of MAVAD Group.
Other service providers
Hosting, email, IT, security, and business-support providers may process personal information to the extent reasonably necessary to operate our website, support communications, maintain our systems, and assist us with customer requests.
Legal disclosures
We may disclose personal information to government authorities, courts, law-enforcement agencies, attorneys, accountants, insurers, or other relevant recipients where reasonably necessary to comply with applicable law, respond to a valid legal request, protect rights or safety, investigate fraud or security incidents, or establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
Business transactions
If MAVAD Group is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, restructuring, sale of assets, or similar transaction, relevant business information, which may include personal information, may be disclosed or transferred as part of that transaction subject to applicable law.
4. Sale of Personal Information and Targeted Advertising
MAVAD Group does not sell personal information for monetary consideration.
We currently do not operate a business model that involves selling customer or website-visitor information to data brokers or other third parties.
We also do not currently use personal information collected through the quote form to provide targeted advertising based on activity across unrelated websites or services. We use Google Analytics for website measurement as described above.
If our practices change in a way that creates additional opt-out rights under applicable U.S. state privacy law, we will update this Privacy Policy and provide the legally required method for exercising those rights.
5. Cookies and Similar Technologies
Our website uses cookies and similar technologies associated with Google Analytics to measure website visits, traffic sources, and interactions.
You can manage, block, or delete cookies through your browser settings. Blocking certain cookies or scripts may affect some website functionality or the accuracy of website analytics. Deleting cookies from your device does not necessarily delete information that has already been collected.
Google provides a Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on for supported browsers.
Do Not Track and privacy preference signals
Some browsers provide a “Do Not Track” or similar setting. There is no single universally adopted technical standard governing traditional Do Not Track signals, and our website does not currently alter its behavior solely in response to a traditional Do Not Track signal.
Some U.S. privacy laws recognize separate universal opt-out mechanisms, such as Global Privacy Control (“GPC”), for certain businesses and certain processing activities. Where MAVAD Group is legally required to recognize such a signal in connection with a covered processing activity, we will process the signal as required by applicable law.
Because we currently do not sell personal information or use personal information for targeted advertising as described above, our present website practices do not provide a separate sale or targeted-advertising opt-out through the website.
6. Data Retention
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, including responding to and managing your inquiry, preparing quotes, providing requested services, maintaining necessary customer and business records, complying with legal or accounting requirements, preventing fraud, resolving disputes, and establishing or defending legal claims.
The exact retention period may depend on whether an inquiry remains active, whether it leads to a rental or service agreement, whether continued communication is reasonably expected, and whether applicable law requires or permits continued retention.
Copies of inquiry information may exist in Web3Forms, Make execution records, Telegram messages, email correspondence, or other systems used in our workflow, depending on our configuration and the applicable provider's settings. Third-party providers may maintain information according to their own retention schedules and legal obligations.
Deleting information from one system does not automatically delete copies stored in another system. When responding to a valid deletion request, we will address relevant copies within our control and, where appropriate, request action from applicable service providers, subject to legal and operational exceptions.
7. Your Privacy Rights and Choices
You may contact us at info@mavadgroup.com to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information you have provided to us.
Depending on your state of residence, our activities, and applicable law, you may also have rights to confirm processing, obtain a copy of certain personal information, correct inaccuracies, request deletion, restrict or object to certain processing, withdraw consent where processing relies on consent, opt out of sale, targeted advertising, or certain profiling, appeal a privacy decision, or submit a complaint to an appropriate regulator.
Not every right applies in every jurisdiction or to every business. We may need to verify your identity and the scope of your request before completing it. Where permitted by law, an authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf, subject to verification.
We will respond within the period required by applicable law. Certain information may be retained despite a deletion request where retention is permitted or required to complete a transaction, provide requested services, maintain security, prevent fraud, comply with legal obligations, or exercise or defend legal claims.
Where applicable law gives you a right to appeal a privacy-request decision, email info@mavadgroup.com with the subject line Privacy Request Appeal.
We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising privacy rights available under applicable law.
8. International Processing
MAVAD Group LLC is a United States company. Our service providers and their subprocessors may process or store personal information in the United States and in other countries.
As a result, information submitted through our website may be transmitted to or processed outside your state or country of residence. Privacy and data-protection laws in those locations may differ from the laws where you live.
Where applicable law requires specific safeguards for international transfers of personal information, we will use legally required safeguards for processing within our control.
9. Information Security
Our website uses HTTPS to encrypt information transmitted between your browser and the website and when quote-form information is transmitted to Web3Forms.
Information subsequently processed through Web3Forms, Make, Telegram, email, or other systems is subject to the security architecture and practices of those services. Telegram bot messages are not Telegram Secret Chats and should not be treated as providing Secret Chat end-to-end encryption.
No internet transmission, electronic storage system, or security measure can guarantee absolute security. Please submit only information reasonably necessary for your equipment-rental or event inquiry and do not submit payment credentials, government identification documents, or other highly sensitive personal information through the website form.
If you believe information submitted to MAVAD Group has been accessed, used, or disclosed without authorization, contact info@mavadgroup.com.
10. Sensitive Personal Information
Our website and quote form are not designed to collect sensitive personal information such as Social Security or government identification numbers, financial account credentials, payment-card details, medical or health information, biometric information, precise geolocation information, or sensitive demographic characteristics.
Please do not include such information in the comments field or other communications unless it is genuinely necessary and you have contacted us in advance regarding an appropriate method of transmission.
11. Children’s Privacy
Our website is intended for businesses, business representatives, event professionals, and adults seeking equipment-rental or event-production services. It is not directed to children under 13 years of age.
We do not knowingly seek to collect personal information from children under 13 through the website. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information to us, contact info@mavadgroup.com so we can investigate and take appropriate action, including deletion where required.
12. External Websites, Social Media, and Communication Services
Our website may contain links to third-party services including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, and other websites or communication platforms.
When you follow a third-party link or communicate with us through another platform, that provider may independently collect and process information under its own privacy policy and terms. This Privacy Policy governs personal information that MAVAD Group receives and processes in connection with your inquiry and does not control the independent privacy practices of third-party platforms.
13. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our services, website, technology providers, data-processing practices, or applicable legal requirements.
When we update this Privacy Policy, we will publish the revised version on this page and update the effective date above. Where required by applicable law, we will provide additional notice of material changes.
